Guidelines for Call for Posters
IIIT-Delhi is organising the Digital Delhi Conclave (DDC) 2022 on the theme of "Quality and Equitable Education" on December 3, 2022. We invite students and researchers for poster presentations on the theme. Poster submissions can share new research findings, ideas, innovations, and advances in the field of quality and equitable education.
To participate, submit a 250 abstract here by 15th 25th November, 2022. Selected posters will have to be submitted in soft copy in pdf format by 25th November, 2022. IIITD will undertake the printing of selected posters.
There will be cash prizes for the three best posters and participation certificates for all.
- First Prize: INR 10000
- Second Prize: INR 7000
- Third Prize: INR 5000
General Instructions for all the Participants
- Presentations can be made by individuals or teams.
- Presenters will be asked to be at their assigned poster during the entire length of the poster session.?
- Reduce bias in language. All oral and written presentations should use unbiased language that avoids stereotypes, labeling, and pejorative comments. Presenters are encouraged to acknowledge diversity and use appropriate descriptions, including those for gender, sexual orientation, racial and ethnic identity, disabilities, and age.
- Participants are strongly reminded that the highest standard of courteous and respectful behavior is expected for both written and oral presentations, especially when sensitive and controversial topics may require balanced and varied perspectives and opinions of the presenters and the audience.
- Indicate any accommodations for a physical disability that would facilitate your participation (e.g., ramp to the head table, hand-held microphone, flexible microphone, table microphone, lavalier microphone) or scheduling limitations due to religious constraints.
Format for Poster Design
- Titles should not exceed 100 characters, including spaces.
- Font size should be 26 and above. Font family: Times New Roman.
- Provide the principal author's and co-author's name, highest educational degree, e-mail and complete mailing address, institutional affiliation, and identification of funding agency, if any.
- Poster should be in an illustrated A1 format (297 x 420 mm) as shown below
