Second half dedicated to Functional Safety architectures and analysis of complex SoCs for automotive applications. Recently driven the development of fault injection methodology for complex SoCs. Author of 11 patents, 1 IEEE conference paper and presentations in multiple technical conferences like DATE, DVCon, CDNLive. Represents ST in IEEE P2851 and Accellera FSWG.
