This session will highlight the proprietary aspect of technology and will encourage imagining technology as a public good. As a public good, technology should enable communities as a whole to flourish with the gains of technological advancement shared widely. We foreground questions of rights, ethics, access, transparency and policy in relation to digital technologies. In this session, we present talks with the masterminds from industry, academia and leading think-tanks, who are, in their own ways, working to make technology a public good.
