Dr Manoj Kumar is Director, Innovation & Partnerships at STMicroelectronics. He has done his Masters from Banaras Hindu University and PhD from BITS Pilani.
He has Conceptualized Da Vinci Innovation Studios, that is first of its kind Innovation Space inside ST and shows ST's products and technologies by way of reference designs and their end to end integration for market segments like Smart Cities, Power & Energy, IoT & 5G.
He is looking after Open Innovation and Strategic Partnerships with Accelerators, Incubators, Universities, Design Houses & Startups and he is ST Partner Program representative for India. Also, Dr Manoj is the Chair of committee meant for identification of Key Technical Talent at STM India.
Dr Manoj is key member of India's Talent and Skill building initiative for electronics and semiconductor skill gaps in the Core Initiative Group (CIG) of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and leading this initiative for IESA NCR chapter.

Prof. Nader Azarmi
Prof Azarmi is currently Head of the British Telecom (BT) Global Research & Innovation Programme at the BT Laboratories at Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, Suffolk. He joined BT in 1989, starting his R&D work on the application of Artificial Intelligence technology to BT's telecommunications network management and next generation resource management systems.
Prof Azarmi has also been awarded by The Royal Academy of Engineering for his artificial intelligence design which has been taken up by BT to use in their scheduling.
Prof Azarmi has been involved in many collaborations around the world, covering institutions and companies in the USA, (e.g. MIT and the University of Berkeley), the Middle East (the Emirates BT Innovation Centre in Abu Dhabi), China (Tsinghua University in Beijing), India (e.g. IIT Madras and Infosys) as well as the UK, and provides strategic advice to senior figures in government and industry.
In addition to his BT research activities, Prof Azarmi spent many years as a researcher and Senior Lecturer at Essex, Kingston and London universities.

Mr. Tushar Garg is currently serving as a Senior Scientist at National Innovation Foundation (NIF), an autonomous body of Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. His area of work includes Information Technology and Knowledge Management and also focuses on compliance and partnerships building for the organization. He has been involved in various Incubation initiatives viz. Business Development, Market Research, IPR Protection, commercialization and Investment aspects of Innovation based enterprises and also focus on Technology Infrastructure required to enable the same.
Tushar is a Computer Science Engineer and has also done Management graduation from Symbiosis, Pune. Prior to current tenure of 7.5 years at NIF he has also served Goldman Sachs & Co. for nearly 8.5 years across three different divisions viz. Asset Management, Operations and Technology and positioned himself as one of the most versatile professionals there. During his tenure, he had opportunities to serve large Financial Institutions, Corporations, and Governments also including the Bretton Woods Institutions in matters related to Asset Management. He is well versed with Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects of Investments.
His areas of interests include incubation and promotion of grassroots innovations by way of value addition, intellectual property protection, business development / commercialization and social diffusion; public procurement; attracting financing for start-ups and a study into what are essential determinants of failure or success of start-ups and broader enterprises.
His learning areas include Competition law and its impact on citizen’s life and market, role of Investment Promotion agencies in attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in an economy, and Economic strategies leading to sustainable development.
