Ajit is a tech enthusiast with a diverse educational background. He completed his MBA from XLRI in 2016 and went on to lead the Adobe India University Team. Ajit has a strong interest in technology and is passionate about hiring top talent in the tech industry.
In addition to his work at Adobe, Ajit has also collaborated with two IIIT Delhi professors, Prof. Rajiv Ratn Shah, and Prof. Vibhor Kumar, publishing four research papers. He is virtually completing his BS degree from IIT Madras and MS from Georgia Tech, indicating his ongoing commitment to education and personal development.
Ajit's curiosity and passion for technology have led him to explore Algorithmic AI-based trading and computational biology. He is actively working with Prof. Vibhor and Prof. Rajiv to pursue his interests and further expand his knowledge in these areas.
During his tenure at Adobe, Ajit managed the end-to-end hiring of three batches of employees from 2017 to 2020. He also mentored a team of recruiters after 2022, showcasing his leadership skills and dedication to developing talent.
