Registration Proof:
Participants must keep at least a screenshot of their registration confirmation receipt for verification when required. Please carry a valid photo ID for verification. You may be asked to present it at the IIIT-Delhi security gate.

Important Information for Non-Faculty Participants
Accommodation:
All PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and other non-faculty participants will be provided accommodation in the Institute's hostels. Rooms will have shared bathrooms, and bedding items (mattress, pillow, bedsheet, blanket, etc.) will be provided. Participants are therefore requested to come directly to IIIT-Delhi and report to the security guards at the gate upon arrival.
Meals:
Each participant will receive a breakfast coupon, which must be used at the institute mess.
All other meals will be provided as part of the conference.
Certificate of Participation:
Certificates of participation will be provided upon request. Details regarding the request procedure will be annnounced in due course.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Size: Up to A1 (A1, A2, A3, A4)
Eligibility: All participants who have registered on or before December 11 are welcome to present a poster, if interested.
Printing Cost: Please note that the cost of printing the poster must be borne by the presenter. These expenses will not be reimbursed by RMS.
