About 5G+ Bootcamp

5G+ Bootcamp 2025: Explore, Build, Hack is a two-week intensive program hosted by IIIT-Delhi, aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, and professionals passionate about next-generation wireless communication. Scheduled from June 16-27, 2025, (except weekends) the bootcamp offers a unique blend of expert tutorials, hands-on workshops, live demonstrations, and a hackathon built around 5G, 6G, VLC/LiFi, RF technologies, and AI/ML in wireless systems.

Each day features focused technical tutorials in the morning, followed by interactive practical sessions using SDRs and 5G testbeds. All attendees will engage in daily quizzes, with a maintained leaderboard and attractive cash prizes for top individual and team performers.

Offline participants can compete in team quizzes, while all attendees are invited to pitch innovative industry-focused ideas on 5G and beyond in a structured Pitch Deck Competition, with substantial prizes for the top teams.

The camp encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and provides a platform to bridge academia and industry. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of wireless systems or showcase cutting-edge ideas, 5G+ Bootcamp 2025 offers the ideal environment to Explore, Build, and Hack the future of communication.

Hackathon Components

1. Daily Quizzes (Open to Online and Offline Participants)

Conducted daily on an online platform based on tutorial topics.
Individual participation.
A leaderboard will be maintained throughout the camp.
Prizes: First - ₹2500, Second - ₹1500, Third - ₹1000
Top 20% participants (excluding top 3) will receive ₹500 each.

2. Team Quiz (Offline Participants Only)
