Guidelines for Video Presentation
We are hosting a documentary/short film contest for the DDC 21’. The poster should be a clear visual presentation on the topic of climate change and sustainable future and should meet the following criteria:
Submission Deadline: 25th November 1st December 2021
RULES & TERMS
- Films must be 2-3 minutes long (a buffer of 10 sec will be provided for the name of the creators). Submissions that exceed this limit will be disqualified automatically.
- The film should be on the theme of the event. Films not related to the theme will not be considered.
- Once submitted, a film cannot be withdrawn from consideration.
- No part of the film can be copied from somewhere. In case of any copyright claim, the responsibility will be on the creator and not on IIIT-Delhi or Digital Delhi Conclave organisers.
- If a film is submitted with incorrect, erroneous or false information, IIIT-Delhi reserves the right to disqualify the film from consideration.
- Accepted entries will be made public 10 days before the event date for voting. The highest voted video(s) will be played during the event. The creators will also get a chance to interact with the speakers.
- All the entries must mention their Institute/ Organisation.
- Upload the video on Youtube and then share the link in the form below. Please add a detailed description of the video on YouTube.
