Plenary Speakers, Invited and Contributed Speakers will be offered accommodation in the Institute's Guest House, and Nearby Hotels. Transport to and from the Hotels to the Institute will be provided multiple times of the day.

All Ph.D. Students and Postdocs attending the conference will be provided accomodation in the Institute Hostels with shared bathrooms. The Hostel rooms come with bedding materials (such as mattress, pillow, bedsheet, blankets etc.).

Campus accommodation (Guest House or Hostel) is available only from the evening of 17th December 2025 to the morning of 21st December 2025.

Check in Time: On or after 2 PM on 17th December 2025. Check Out Time: On or before 12 Noon on 21st December 2025.
